LEGS

4 sets:

24 x 45kg walking barbell lunges

super setted with

20 ass to grass body weight squats

4 sets:

15 x 42kg Leg extension

super setted with

15 x 39kg seated leg curl

4 sets:

15 x 20kg smith machine squats (ass to grass)

super setted with

15 x 12kg a side laying leg curl

Followed by 30 mins HIIT Cardio

Okay so bloody hell.

For the last 3 days I have not trained and let me tell you I am feelin’ it!

Sunday morning I woke up with a horrible sickness feeling in my stomach, tried eating… nope not happening so spoke with my coach and she said seriously just rest until it’s settled then we will ease back in, I’m on track… nothing to worry about.

But the amount of fluid my body is retaining right now is incredible, I look like a balloon!

I feel heavier then before I started prep!

This afternoon I’m heading back into the gym, not going to smash it. just see what I can do. Feels like such a set back but once my body has it’s shit together time to rip it up. 80 days remain. This is very possible.

Just reminding myself it’s all about mentality. Push through the pain or remain the same, simple.

13 weeks out

A quick update!

I am really happy with my progress so far, with 13 weeks left i have 9 kgs I need to shed - easily done.

Yesterday, being Monday here in Aus marked day 1 of phase 2, which at this point in time is just tweaking the diet, less carbs and more meat with a change up of veggies.

Supplements I’m taking at the moment are whey isolate, define8 pre workout, Bcaa’s, Glutamine and ALC.

Training is going so so well, Last year I found I lost so much strength during my prep but this year I’m getting heavier every week!

I’m posing twice a week, wednesday’s and sunday’s for about an hour - hour and a half and routine practice once a week. Really happy with my posing, just hoping this routine starts to come together a little quicker as it’s what I’m not so confident at so I’d prefer to have a lot a practice.

For the last 3 days I’ve really been lacking energy, still pumping the weights hard but fatiguing a lot faster on cardio which is really frustrating because when I get off and haven’t hit the level i’ve been hitting a get a little dissapointed but hopefully things will spike back up.

Posing suit is ordered, I’m going green this year so can’t wait to receive it. I’ll post a photo when I get it. But apart from that, there’s a quick update. so 88 days remain and I couldn’t be more pumped!
